Hi, I’m Stacy Loulies, founder of Anchor & Blume Family Consulting.

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Human Services. My professional background includes family advocacy, parent education, behavioral support, and helping families navigate complex systems with confidence.

I created Anchor & Blume after experiencing firsthand the challenges of securing school support through the IEP process, navigating an autism diagnosis, and addressing behavioral needs within my own family. Those experiences showed me how overwhelming the journey can be—and how powerful the right support can be.

I realized many families need more than information—they need practical guidance, compassion, and someone who truly understands the journey.

My approach is judgment-free, supportive, and focused on meaningful progress for the whole family.
